What we collect

Account details, job descriptions and postcodes, messages, orders, course bookings, business documents submitted for verification, and first-party usage events (for example searches).

Why we use it

To run the marketplace, match jobs to trades, process orders and bookings, prevent fraud and, only with your consent, send marketing.

Recent-activity notices

Public pages may show short notices such as "Sarah from Maidstone just bought…". These show only a customer's first name and town, never a surname, address, postcode or amount.

Your UK GDPR rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, move or object to our use of your data. Logged-in users can download their data and request deletion from Account settings.

Who we share data with

Payment, email and hosting providers acting on our instructions, and the other party to a job, order or booking, to the extent needed to complete it.
