Terms of use

These terms explain how Trade Hub Direct Ltd (company no. 10914790, registered office Office Suite 2 Fort Bridgewood, Maidstone Road, Rochester, Kent, ME1 3DQ) ("THD", "we") provides the marketplace and what we expect from people who use it.

1. What THD is

• THD is a marketplace that introduces customers, tradespeople, suppliers and training providers. Contracts for work, products and courses are between those parties, not with THD.
• Quotes are estimates and are not contracts until agreed in writing.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login secure.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

3. Trades and Trade Credits

• Trades pay for access to job leads using Trade Credits. Credits are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy.
• Verification badges show what we have checked and when. They are not a guarantee of workmanship.

4. Suppliers, training providers and payments

• Supplier and training provider funds are held in their THD wallet and released after delivery or completion, less fees.
• Fees for each plan are shown on the pricing page.

5. Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and based on real experience. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake or unlawful.

6. Liability

• We take care in running THD but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

• We may update these terms. The current version is always shown on this page with its date.
