Manage orders
Confirm, dispatch and deliver — and get paid.
- New orders appear under Orders and you’re notified. Orders show the items, delivery address and any delivery charge.
- Move each order through confirmed → processing → dispatched → delivered using the buttons.
- You arrange delivery directly with the customer.
- If you can’t fulfil an order, cancel it — the customer is refunded.
- After delivery, the customer is invited to review you.
Tips
- Fast dispatch and accurate stock lead to better reviews and repeat customers.
