- Open Reviews to see everything you’ve received. A red bubble shows new ones.
- Reply publicly under any review — thank happy customers and answer concerns calmly.
- You can also see reviews you’ve left as a customer when you buy materials.

- Always mark jobs complete promptly so the review invitation goes out while the job is fresh.
