Handle visit requests
Confirm a time to visit and quote on site.
- Open Visit requests. Each request shows up to three times the customer offered.
- Pick one and click Confirm, with an optional note. Their full address is revealed once you confirm.
- Visit, then mark the visit done and send your written quote by message or via the job.
Tips
- Visits are free for the customer to request and cost you no credits — a great way to win jobs that need a look first.
